We take pictures of all sides of the car when we take it over from you. The pictures are uploaded to your eZeeDrop account immediately and you can view them anytime in the 'Booking History' tab in the app. We take full responsibility of any damage to vehicle during our possession.
We will return your car to the respective rental company and upload the return receipt for your record. You can view the receipt anytime under booking history in the app. Some rental companies will also send the receipt directly to your email.
No. We only return the rental car as received at the airport. Our valets do not drive any cars outside airport limits. If your gas tank is not full at the time we take delivery, you will be charged by the rental company according to your rental contract.
Tipping is optional. If you are pleased with our service, you may reward the Valet after he has taken your car away. You will see the option in the App before you end the trip.
You will meet your valet at the Departure terminal where your flight leaves from. Your Valet will see your position using GPS via the app and guide you to the best and most convenient meeting point by the departure gates. You will also be able to see the location of the Valet in real time. Simply follow the gate number shown on our in-App map once you start your journey from home. For the best experience, we recommend you set ‘Location Sharing’ with eZeedrop to ‘Always on’. Location Sharing will end automatically when your trip is complete.
You can see your Valet’s photo and details in the app. You will also be asked to scan a unique QR Code generated in your Valet’s phone to verify their identity. Unless there is a match, the Valet cannot receive your car. Your experience is fully secured.
You can call your Valet at any time via their details provided in the app. However, we request that you arrive within 10 minutes of your drop-off time. If you expect any delays, please cancel the trip and re-book with a new time.
Yes, you can after you've started your journey for the airport. You can see their location on our in-App map when they start location-sharing with you. Please keep the ezeedrop App on and set your phone’s location sharing for ezeedrop to ”Always” for best experience. Location sharing will automatically end when your trip is complete.
Timing is critical to serve you properly. We request you arrive within 10 minutes of your drop-off time. Otherwise, your Valet may become occupied with the next customer. If you are running late, it is best to cancel the trip and re-book with a more accurate time.
There is no specific limit but we recommend at least 24 hours prior to your departure time. Our service is subject to availability of drivers at your requested location.
No, you will only be charged after you hand over your car to us. There is no charge for no-shows. Your credit card payment will only be processed after you hand over your rental car to us.

No. We only return rental cars to airport rental car companies who have facilities within or around the airport.
Yes, we will send you multiple reminders but we request you to arrive on time. Press ‘Start Journey’ in the App when you are ready to head for the airport. Unless you do so we cannot properly serve you. We need GPS-location sharing to be enabled in order to meet you precisely when you arrive. Please set location-sharing to ‘Always On’ on your phone with the eZeedrop app so you can see your valet’s location in real-time and vice versa. Location sharing will end automatically when your trip is complete.
We will make every effort to wait for you but we cannot guarantee service if you are more than 10 minutes late as your valet may have to attend to the next customer. If you are running late, we suggest you cancel your booking and make a new one with a more accurate drop-off time. One of our available valets will pick up your request.

Our Valet will take your car straight to the rental car company for return. Normally, this may take between 15 and 30 minutes for most airports. We will take responsibility for delays beyond 30 minutes, but otherwise you'll be responsible for any fees associated with your rental contract.
Unloading baggage is not officially part of your Valet’s responsibilities. But if you need assistance, we encourage our valets to be helpful to all our clients.
